Orders F.A.Q.

What is your return Policy?

With some exceptions we will refund most regularly priced items within 30 days of purchase/delivery.* You can see our full return policy by clicking here

Are your prices in Canadian Dollars?

Yes! We are based in Toronto, On. Canada, and all of our pricing is in CAD

Where can I pick up an order or drop off a return?

Sorry, we do not have a customer-friendly store front location. All orders must ship, and all returns must be shipped back.

Can I place an order over the phone?

No, sorry, we do not accept orders over the phone.

How can I add items, change quantities, or cancel my order?

Once you click 'Pay Now' in the checkout process, your order is locked to avoid confusion and errors.

If you need a different size/colour, or would like to cancel altogether, send an email to with your order number and request. If we have not yet packed your order we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

We cannot add more items to a locked order, or combine multiple orders once you have submitted them. You'll need to place a separate order.

Shipping F.A.Q.

How long does shipping take?

We generally ship your order on the next business day. The delivery time varies by your location. You can see more shipping Information here.

How much is shipping?

We offer Free Shipping within Canada for orders that meet a minimum value.

All Other orders are charged a flat rate based upon your purchase total. You can get an estimate by placing your items into your cart, clicking on 'Check Out,' entering your shipping address, and clicking 'Continue to shipping'.

Has my order shipped?

We will send you a confirmation email when you place your order, and a shipping notice when your order ships.

You can also see the status of a current or past order by logging in to your account using the email address associated with that order. We'll send you a code to access your account.

What should I do if my order arrived incorrect or damaged?

Please email us at for assistance. Please include your order number and if possible a picture of the damage or problem. We'll get back to you within 24 hours (Monday - Friday).

My order never arrived.

Don't panic! Double check the status of your order by logging in to your account using the email address associated with that order. We'll send you a code to access your account.

If you order status displays your package tracking numbers, check with the courier website to confirm that your package is en-route or delivered. If your package shows a status of "delivered" but you still do not have it, please email us at for assistance.
