Return Policy

What is the return policy?

We will accept returns for refund on most items within 30 days of placing your order. Returned Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and have all original packaging. Please note that all Underwear is final sale and not eligible for return.

We do not cover shipping costs for returns/refunds. If your return is coming from the U.S., any duty must be prepaid and is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Refunds will only be issued in the form of the original payment. It can take up to 10 days once we have received and processed your return for the funds to appear on your Credit Card Statement. 

If you are looking to make an exchange you will need to return your item, and place a new order for the replacement. 

When an Item is marked 'Final Sale' that means it is an item that we can not accept as a return. We make an effort to ensure that all Final Sale items are clearly indicated, but sometimes information is unclear or there can be human or technical errors. In all such cases, we adhere to the following rules regarding items which cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Any item sold as 'Clearance' or that is otherwise on-sale for a discount of 40% or greater.

  • Any garment of a personal nature.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Worn, washed or otherwise used or altered items

  • Items without their original packaging or tags

Follow the instructions and submit a return request, we'll get back to you with instructions within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) 


Something in your order was incorrect or damaged

Please check your order for errors immediately upon receipt. 

If your order arrives but is not correct, if it is damaged or if one of your products is found to have a manufacturer's defect, contact us by e-mail at  within 30 days of delivery and tell us about the problem. We may ask you for more information or to email us a picture. 

In any case where we deem the problem to be a manufacturing or shipping/packing error and we ask you to return the item, you will not be required to cover the cost of shipping.

We are not responsible for missing, incorrect, damaged, or malfunctioning items past 30 days of delivery.



  • We do not, under any circumstances accept C.O.D. packages. All packages arriving C.O.D. will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.
  • Any package shipped without a clearly marked Return Authorization may be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.
